12-Month Limited Money-Back Guarantee
Thank you for purchasing Rite-Hite products. In addition to all other warranties given in connection with the sale of the product, Rite-Hite Company, LLC and its affiliates (“Rite-Hite”) warrant that the product(s) will perform in a manner satisfactory to the customer for a period of 12 months from the date of installation. If the customer is not satisfied with the performance of the product, the customer may notify Rite-Hite and Rite-Hite shall thereafter remove the product and refund the product’s purchase price to the customer. The product purchase price does not include freight, tax, installation, or other non-material costs.
The customer’s dissatisfaction must be with the performance of the product within the 12-month guarantee period and be bona fide. Prior to the return of the product, Rite-Hite shall be allowed the opportunity to reasonably investigate and remedy any issues.
The product must adhere to Rite-Hite application guidelines as determined by site and usage requirements at the date of installation. Subsequent deviations from the original application guidelines will invalidate this Guarantee.
Customer’s request to remove the product and refund the product purchase price must be made within the 12-month period.
The refund of the product purchase price plus other remedies available under other Rite-Hite contractual warranties shall be the exclusive remedies for all claims whether based in contract, negligence, or strict liability.
NEITHER RITE-HITE NOR ANY RITE-HITE REPRESENTATIVE ORGANIZATION SHALL IN ANY EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF THE USE OF ANY PRODUCT, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHETHER FROM BREACH OF WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, OR STRICT LIABILITY.
36-Month Limited Money-Back Guarantee
This 36-Month Limited Money Back Guarantee applies to the following products only: RainGuard Trailer Top Seal, Performer Dock Seal, and the Eclipse Dock Shelter with Durathon fabric.
